Ordering simpler than a nap

At Hoopo®, we make ordering easy and paying secure. Below, you'll find step-by-step instructions on how to order, which payment methods we offer, and how we secure your payment.

How to place an order

  1. Choose your products
    Select the desired quantity of Hoopo® products and click Add to Cart .
  2. Go to checkout
    Open your shopping cart and click on Continue to checkout .
  3. Fill in your details
    Billing and shipping information, and (if desired) an alternate delivery address.
  4. Enter your discount code
    Do you have a code? Enter it and confirm.
  5. Choose your payment method
    Select the payment option you prefer.
  6. Check & agree
    Please check that you agree to the terms and conditions and have checked your order.
  7. Complete your payment
    Follow the instructions provided by your bank or payment provider. After successful payment, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by email .

Tip: If you can't pay right away, try the same method again or choose one of the other options below.

Payment methods

We offer multiple payment options so you can always pay the way you want.

iDEAL (NL)

Pay through your own banking environment. Fast and secure , with instant confirmation. Compatible with ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, bunq, ING, Rabobank, SNS, Triodos Bank, and more.

Bancontact (BE)

A popular Belgian payment method, similar to iDEAL. Pay in real time and securely from your banking app or card reader.

Credit & debit cards

Pay easily with your card details and authorize your payment.

PayPal

Belfius Direct Net (BE)

For Belfius customers. You pay in your familiar online banking environment.

KBC/CBC Payment Button (BE)

Specially for KBC (Flanders) and CBC (Wallonia) customers. Fast and secure through your own banking environment.

Giropay (DE)

For German customers: Select your bank, log in, and confirm. Real-time confirmation .

Bank transfer (SEPA)

Transfer the amount manually via your bank. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before we ship your order.

Please note: Payment methods may vary by country. At checkout, we'll automatically display the options available in your location (such as ING Home'Pay, if available).

Secure payment

SSL security (TLS)

Once you begin checking out, you'll enter a secure online environment . Your transaction information is encrypted via an SSL connection (identified by the padlock icon in your browser).

SCA & 3D Secure

We support Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and 3D Secure where required. This means an additional verification step (e.g., banking app or SMS code) for increased security .

Payment provider: MultiSafepay

We process payments through MultiSafepay , a leading European payment provider with years of experience. This way, you benefit from a wide range of payment options and reliable processing.

Prices & VAT

All retail prices on hoopo.eu include VAT . Any shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you pay.
