When can I claim the box together with my cat?
Within the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, you and your cat will usually receive the package within 1–3 business days. Enjoy unboxing together!
Can I return a product?
Absolutely! Register your return via our returns page and follow the steps. Tip: make sure your cat leaves the box intact.
