Yes, we definitely recommend it. Tofu Lavender keeps the litter box smelling fresh, but your cat prefers as little mess as possible in their toilet, so they can neatly bury their next business. Empty the litter box regularly and clean everything with organic soap for a thorough clean.

How can I get my cat used to Tofu Lavender?

Tofu Lavender has a different texture than you and your cat are used to. The granules are gentle on kitty paws and easy to dig in. Plus, Tofu Lavender neutralises unpleasant odours extra well. Mix Tofu Lavender gradually with your cat's current litter. This way, they can calmly get used to the new granules and scent.

Great company, quick delivery too. Lovely product, this tofu cat litter. My trio needed a bit of time to get used to it, but it's going really well now. They prefer those fine granules. Dit is letterlijk de beste kattenbakvulling die ik in drie jaar lang heb uitgeprobeerd. Ik heb bentoniet, houtkorrels, papierkorrels en silica geprobeerd... maar niets was zo fijn en makkelijk en duurzaam als de tofu van Hoopo. Het schoonmaken van de kattenbak is werkelijk waar een feest.

We've been using the tofu cat litter for a while now, no more dust and less litter scattered next to the box, which is nice for the house but even nicer for the cats. Why does Tofu Lavender cat litter last up to 3x longer?

Tofu cat litter clumps quickly and firmly. Urine is absorbed instantly, forming compact clumps that you can easily scoop out of the tray. This keeps the rest of the litter clean, so you need to fully replace the litter box less often.

Unlike traditional cat litter, which gets dirty faster, with Tofu you only use what's really necessary. This means the litter lasts up to 3x longer.

In short: less waste, less frequent changing and therefore more convenience.

Can I mix Tofu Lavender with other cat litter from Hoopo?

Absolutely! We recommend mixing Tofu with your original cat litter the first time you buy it. This way, your cat can get used to Tofu Lavender. Is the lavender scent a bit too strong? Then you can mix Tofu Lavender with our Tofu Naturel granules.

Can you flush Tofu Lavender down the toilet?

You can flush Tofu Lavender down the toilet, but only do this with the clumps, not with the rest of the litter granules.*
